Insanity 2 Inshape: Week 7

After the first week of Max interval training, I have two words.  Insanity sucks!! It doesn't suck in an it will get better way, its in the it will always be hard and never gets easier way.  If you think its easy your not pushing yourself.  If your not challenged then your not trying.  This is the hardest workout I have done since Muay Thai and BJJ.  It will put you in the best shape of your life and at least bring you back to the best shape you have been in.


Week 6 consisted of one hour of intense cardio and muscle endurance.  The main difference besides the extra 15 minutes of intense body crushing exercises, is that it hits more upper body muscles then the first workouts did.  When doing jumping jacks or any other plyo-metric exercise, my pecs began to scream from the rhythmic bouncing.

6 weeks down 3 to go and yes you can do it too!
